About Joshua Brown

Joshua grew up in the backwoods of Kentucky on a family farm where he started his entrepreneurial journey at age 9, growing and selling pumpkins. By 16 he was developing local business partnerships, made it on the radio, and had a contract with a national brand for some of his other crops.

Joshua went on to serve as a Youth Pastor before shifting to serve on the Marketing & Design team at a $100M Nonprofit in Nashville. It was there he learned fundraising, leadership, and the power of storytelling to build a brand.

Joshua left that job to follow the Lord's call on his life after hearing Pastor Craig Groeschel say this: "To step toward your destiny, sometimes you have to step away from your security."

He founded Soulheart as world class Marketing Agency in 2013 and began serving Nonprofits and Small Businesses making a positive impact on the world. Soulheart is now a Super Intelligence Agency, helping brands build for the modern era with promptable websites, tools, and AI/SI infrastructure to help them win. Most recently Joshua founded Soulheart Ventures which is a portfolio of companies helping build brands that matter.

Joshua lives in Arizona with his wife Laura and their three kids. When he is not working, you will find him coaching high school baseball, on the golf course, outdoors hunting in the desert, or traveling the country with his family.

Speaking topics

You Can Just Do Things

If you’ve ever struggled with what to do next, remember this: You can just do things. For decades this mantra has been the foundation of what it means to be an American. Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and Investors have realized the best way to get the wealth they’ve been praying for is to do something about it themselves.

Leadership

Stop Building Someone Else's Dream

God did not design you to spend 40 years building someone else's vision while yours collects dust. Here's what nobody tells you about leaving your 9-to-5. You don't quit and then figure it out. You build and then you transition. The goal isn't to make a dramatic exit. The goal is to build something so solid on the side that walking away becomes the obvious next step, not a leap of faith into the dark. Here's where most men get stuck. They start a business but what they actually create is a job for themselves. They trade a boss for clients and still can't take a day off without everything falling apart. Real freedom is building a life where your work, your faith, and your family are no longer in competition with each other.

Men's Ministry

God Doesn't Call the Qualified, He Qualifies the Called

Some of the biggest breakthroughs in my business didn't come from a strategy session, a course, or a mentor. They came from hours on my knees asking God for wisdom, and then watching Him deliver it in ways I never could have engineered on my own. You just need to be obedient.
