He currently serves as Communications Director for 6:14 Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging, equipping, and resourcing pastors and leaders of small and midsize churches. Through his work, Josh helps churches strengthen their ministries, embrace opportunities for growth, and communicate the life-changing message of Jesus Christ with greater clarity and purpose.
Beyond his ministry leadership, Josh has spent more than 15 years as a professional journalist and storyteller, writing for publications including Mobile Bay Magazine and Business Alabama. His professional background also includes serving as Director of Training and Social Media Manager for Church Visuals, where he equipped church leaders and volunteers with practical tools for graphic design, digital communication, and creative ministry. Today, Josh continues to combine his love for ministry and communication through speaking, teaching, writing, graphic design, and creative consulting. He is also the host of The Digital Shepherd, a podcast from 6:14 Ministries that helps pastors and ministry leaders navigate the intersection of faith, technology, creativity, and effective church communication.
