Steve was the Creative Director at a large communications agency and brought that experience into serving as a Communications Pastor and now as Online Campus Pastor at Crossway in Melbourne, Australia. He also started Crossway’s Church Online campus in 2015 growing it to over 17,000 regular attendees. Steve also runs a digital marketing agency for churches and non-profits helping them get more visitors and more donations.

He is married to Lou with three children. A great day in Steve’s life looks like suffering up hills on a bike and enjoying his family and friends around the dinner table.

Rather than viewing AI as a threat to navigate or a trend to ignore, we'll examine how discerning leaders can strategically integrate AI tools to amplify ministry impact, extend pastoral care, and reach more people with the Gospel.
