Tim Williams | Pastor, Church Planting Catalyst, Entrepreneur & Speaker
Tim Williams is a pastor, church planting catalyst, entrepreneur, and advocate for strengthening churches and equipping leaders to make a lasting Kingdom impact. He serves as Senior Pastor of The Vine Church in Mount Pleasant, Texas, and as the East Texas Church Planting Catalyst with Send Network SBTC, where he works alongside church planters, pastors, and ministry leaders to help establish healthy, sustainable churches that reach their communities with the gospel.
Tim’s journey into ministry is anything but conventional. Before entering vocational ministry, he served in the military, law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical services, and emergency communications. These experiences shaped his understanding of leadership, crisis, service, and the complexities of the human condition. Coming to faith in Christ at the age of 25, Tim brings a unique perspective to ministry that combines real-world experience, biblical conviction, and a genuine desire to see lives transformed by the gospel.
In addition to pastoral ministry, Tim is the founder of MartusTech, a technology company focused on helping churches, nonprofits, and businesses leverage innovative digital solutions to accomplish their missions. His work sits at the intersection of faith, leadership, technology, and community engagement. He is particularly passionate about church revitalization, church planting, discipleship, foster care and orphan care, organizational leadership, and the responsible use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in ministry.
As a speaker, Tim combines biblical teaching, practical insight, personal experience, and a conversational approach that connects with diverse audiences. Whether speaking to pastors, church leaders, ministry teams, or broader community gatherings, his desire is to challenge people to think biblically, lead intentionally, and move beyond good intentions toward meaningful action.
